Players and Parents:
It’s time to register for FALL SOCCER! Sign up to play the #1 sport in the world! Kids age 4 – 18 as of July 31, 2009, are eligible to play. Registration will run from June 1st to July 31st. Draft for new players will be held on August 1st with practices starting the following week. The season will begin in September. Games will be played on Saturdays, but it is possible some games may be co-ed or played on a weeknight.
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
- Registration Fee: $60.00. This includes uniform jersey, shorts & socks.
- Family discount: $60.00 for first child; $55.00 for each additional child in the same immediate family.
- Medical Release: For your child to play soccer, the medical release section of our registration form must be signed!
- A photocopy of player’s birth certificate is required for registration and MUST be presented for ALL players EACH season. (No originals, copies only)
ALL FEES MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT OF FEES OR COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE. A $10.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED AFTER JULY 31, 2009.
